Wild Blueberry and Sausage Stuffing

Units Scale
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 2 Italian sausages, meat removed from casings
  • 2 tbsp summer savory
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup Wild Blueberries
  • 1 tsp Badass Burger Booster
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 cups of day-old bread cubed


  1. Melt butter in a sauté pan, add onions, celery and summer savory and sauté for 3 minutes, add sausage meat and cook until no longer pink.
  2. Add chicken broth ,wild blueberries, Badass Burger Booster, salt and pepper, simmer for an additional 3 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixture over the cubed bread. Mix until liquid is absorbed.
  4. Place mixture in a 8 X 8 baking pan and cook in a preheated 350°F oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
