Units Scale
  • 1 lbs brussel sprouts, trimmed, cut in half
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp Hot Under The Kilt Acadian cajun Seasoning ( sub Cajun seasoning of your choice)


  1. Preheat air fryer to 400
  2. Place the brussel sprouts in a large bowl, drizzle with the olive oil and honey, toss well.
  3. Add the H.U.T.K and toss again.
  4. Place a liner in the air fryer basket and add the brussel sprouts.
  5. Air Fry for 10 minutes then toss, continue airfrying tossing every five minutes. until the sprouts are fork tender.
