Air Fryer Hot and Spicy Mini Potatoes

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 lbs Mini Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Hot Honey ( substitute regular honey)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Pinch of chili flakes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sour cream for serving

 


Instructions

  1. Toss all of the ingredients into a bowl, toss to evenly coat all of the potatoes.
  2. Preheat airfryer to 400.
  3. Add the potatoes and air fry for 10-12 minutes (or until fork tender) shaking the basket 2-3 times during the cooking process.
  4. Serve with a dollop of sour cream
