Starting with a base of half a pound of rich, creamy butter, this herb butter boasts a melody of tastes and aromas. Chopped dill and cilantro contribute freshness and vibrancy, infusing the butter with a delightful herbal essence.

For a spicy kick that tickles the taste buds just right, we add in two teaspoons of Hot Under The Kilt Acadian Cajun seasoning. The blend of paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic, and onion gives this dish a bold, zesty character.

To balance the flavors, we sprinkle in half a teaspoon of salt and a quarter teaspoon of pepper, ensuring every bite is seasoned to perfection. Finally, a squeeze of lime juice brightens up the butter, adding a citrusy tang that harmonizes beautifully with the sweetness of the snow crab.

But let’s not forget the star of the show – the snow crab clusters themselves. Their sweet, succulent meat, when grilled to smoky perfection and generously brushed with this herb butter, creates a symphony of flavors that’s bound to delight your taste buds.

So, whether you’re grilling up a feast for friends or indulging in a special treat for yourself, grilled snow crab clusters with herb butter are a culinary adventure you won’t want to miss. Dive into the exquisite flavors of this dish, and savor the delectable taste of the sea.
