- 1/2 lb butter
- 2 tbsp chopped dill
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 tsp Hot Under The Kilt Acadian Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- juice of 1 lime
- Olive oil
- 6 snow crab cluster ( approx. 3lbs)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to 400.
- Melt the butter and add the dill, cilantro, Hot Under The Kilt, salt, pepper and lime juice, let on low until needed.
- Drizzle the clusters with olive oil and place directly on the grill.
- Grill for 1-2 minutes on each side, then start basting with a generous amount of butter, concentrating heavily on the exposed meat at the top of the cluster but also basting the legs themselves, rotate the cluster v=every minute or so while continuously basting.
- Cook a total of 5 minutes.
- Serve with remaining butter to use for dipping.
