Grilled Snow Crab Cluster with Herb Butter

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 2 tsp Hot Under The Kilt Acadian Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • juice of 1 lime
  • Olive oil
  • 6 snow crab cluster ( approx. 3lbs)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to 400.
  2. Melt the butter and add the dill, cilantro, Hot Under The Kilt, salt, pepper and lime juice, let on low until needed.
  3. Drizzle the clusters with olive oil and place directly on the grill.
  4. Grill for 1-2 minutes on each side, then start basting with a generous amount of butter, concentrating heavily on the exposed meat at the top of the cluster but also basting the legs themselves, rotate the cluster v=every minute or so while continuously basting.
  5. Cook a total of 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with remaining butter to use for dipping.
