Indian Butter Chicken

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken
  • 1 tbsp. Shivani’s Butter Chicken Spice
  • 3 tbsp no flavor Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • For more color add paprika (1 tsp optional)
  1. Cut the chicken into cubes and toss with the Shivani’s Butter Chicken Spice, Yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice and paprika, marinate for a minimum of two hours but overnight is best.
  2. Bake the chicken at 350 f for 25-30 min, until it is cooked.
  3. Serve over Rice
