Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 tray Griffin Southern Creole Potato Cuisine cooked
  • 2 oz parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices bacon chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

 

Preheat BBQ or Oven to 375°F

  1. Remove the film from the pan and put potatoes directly on the grill. Cook for 30-40 minutes or until tender. Product will be hot and may steam.
  2. Once cooked, place on a parchment covered cookie sheet. Take a water glass with a flat bottom, place on top of the potato and gently apply pressure to “smash” each potato then sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and bacon bits return to the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes until crispy. Serve with a creamy avocado sauce

 

Creamy avocado sauce

  • 1 avocados
  • 1/4 cup restaurant style sour cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  1. In a medium bowl mash avocado with a fork and add the rest of the ingredients. Using a hand mixer blend till nice and smooth, refrigerate till ready to serve.
