Ingredients
- 4 ounces bacon, diced
- 8 cups white cabbage, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Some Like It Hot Mustard
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- ground pepper
Instructions
- In a large skillet fry the bacon until crisp, remove the bacon and all except for 1 tbsp of bacon fat.
- Add the cabbage, onions, garlic, red pepper flakes and salt, cook over medium high heat, stirring until the cabbage and onions have softened and some of the cabbage has begun to turn golden brown, about 15 minutes.
