Asian Style Crab Dumplings
These Asian style dumplings or pot stickers are much easier to make than you might expect. Dumpling wrappers proved hard to find in our area, so we simply bought won ton wrappers and used a round cutter to get the shape that we wanted. If you don’t have a steamer basket you can simply add an inch or two of water to a sauté pan and steam them that way. Thank you to Logan’s Daily Catch for their amazing partnership.
