- Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 medium sized wheel of brie, room temperature
- 1/4 cup garlic butter
- 8 ounces of crab meat
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 green onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Place half of the garlic butter into an ovenproof dish that is only slightly larger than the brie, add the brie and the remaining garlic butter.
- Arrange the crab meat on the top and around the brie, and add the lime juice.
- Top with the parmesan cheese and green onions, season with salt and pepper, place on a baking tray. Place into the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve with baguette or crackers of choice.
