  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 1/4 cup pitted black olives
  • 1/4 cup porcini peppers
  • Small handful of fresh parsley leaves
  • Small handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 8 ounces of Italian style cured meat
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 4 slices Havarti cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan plus more for topping
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 ciabatta buns
  • olive oil


  1. Stack all of the ingredients on a large cutting board and beginning chopping! Continue until all of the ingredients are finely chopped.
  2. Split the ciabatta buns in half, drizzle with the olive oil and grill until golden.
  3. Top with a generous portion of the filling, top with additional parmesan cheese.
