Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 7 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp Hot Under The Kilt Acadian Cajun seasoning
  • e-4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 box cooked macaroni pasta
  • extra parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the cottage cheese, grated parmesan, nutritional yeast and milk into a blender and blend until smooth, set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large saute pan.
  3. Saute the garlic until fragrant, add the Hot Under the Kilt and mix well.
  4. Add the macaroni and cheese sauce and heat through.
  5. Serve with additional parmesan cheese.
