- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 7 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp Hot Under The Kilt Acadian Cajun seasoning
- e-4 cups chicken broth
- 1 box cooked macaroni pasta
- extra parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Place the cottage cheese, grated parmesan, nutritional yeast and milk into a blender and blend until smooth, set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large saute pan.
- Saute the garlic until fragrant, add the Hot Under the Kilt and mix well.
- Add the macaroni and cheese sauce and heat through.
- Serve with additional parmesan cheese.
