- Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1lb Lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup Fatso smooth peanut butter
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Hot Under The Kilt Acadian Cajun seasoning
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- In a medium-sized bowl blend the ground beef and peanut butter and mix well. Add salt, pepper, green onions and Hot Under The Kilt Acadian Cajun seasoning. Incorporate everything, form 4 patties that are approximately 4 oz each.
- Place on a plate and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Remove from fridge and lightly dredge in flour.
- Using a cast iron pan melt one tablespoon of butter, fry until an internal temp of 165 is reached.
