- 1lb Lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup Fatso smooth peanut butter
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Hot Under The Kilt Acadian Cajun seasoning
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- In a medium-sized bowl blend the ground beef and peanut butter and mix well. Add salt, pepper, green onions and Hot Under The Kilt Acadian Cajun seasoning. Incorporate everything, form 4 patties that are approximately 4 oz each.
- Place on a plate and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Remove from fridge and lightly dredge in flour.
- Using a cast iron pan melt one tablespoon of butter, fry until an internal temp of 165 is reached.
- Then it’s time to create your favorite burger by incorporating cheddar while the burgers are cooking. Butter and grill the buns. Add spinach, ketchup, mustard, relish, one burger patty topped with a slice of red onion, two slices of tomatoes, three slices of bacon, topped with the bun, pickle and a pick.
