Creamy Seafood Bake

Units Scale
  • 6 ounces fish of your choice, we used salmon, haddock and lobster)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1 green onion, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Divide olive oil between two individual casserole dishes.
  3. Divide the seafood between the dishes and set aside.
  4. Melt the butter, saute the onions until they begin to soften, add the flour and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the cream and stir until the sauce begins to thicken, add the mozarella and stir until melted.
  5. Ladle the morny sauce over top of the fish, add a generous of fresh black pepper to each, top with the parmesan cheese and green onions.
  6. bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling and the fish is cooked through.
