Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 Golden Cake mix
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup chunky style applesauce
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Topping

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Place the cake mix in a bowl, add the apple cider, apple sauce and eggs, use a hand mixer to mix until smooth.
  3. Add the cinnamon, brown sugar and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Pour the batter into a prepared Bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Allow the cake to cool to room temperature.
  6. Melt the butter.
  7. Brush the cake with the melted butter and sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
