Sum Good BBQ Sage Pork Chops with Apple Caper Cream
- Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 Pork Chops (center cut)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh sage chopped
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Place all ingredients other than pork chops, into an 8X8 baking pan, place pork chops into the marinade and let sit for 1 hour.
Heat BBQ Grill to high, remove the chops from the marinade, place on the grill and grill to 165F for perfect chops.
Sum Good Apple Caper Cream
- 1 Sum Good Apple freezie (unfrozen)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 tbsp chopped capers
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp Acadian Cajun Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Zest the lime and squeeze the juice into a small bowl.
- Add about 1 tsp of the zest and 1 tbsp of the juice to the sour cream, along with the Sum Good Apple, Acadian Cajun Seasoning and salt. Stir to combine and use immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
