- The Kilted Chef’s No Fail pizza dough
- 2 tbsp Garlic butter
- 8 oz broken lobster meat
- 8 oz broken scallops
- 8 oz rock crab meat
- 2 tbsp chopped tarragon
- 1 ounce grated parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces of shredded mozzarella
Instructions
- Place a pizza stone into an oven and preheat the oven to 500.
- Roll prepared pizza dough into an 14″ round. Place on a piece of parchment paper that has been sprinkled with cornmeal. Set aside.
- Melt the garlic butter and lightly sauté the seafood until heated through.
- Brush the pizza dough with the olive oil from the pan and scatter the seafood on top.
- Sprinkle the tarragon over the seafood and top with the parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
- Use a pizza peal to transfer the pizza to the pizza stone, bake for 12 minutes.
- Top with pea shoots if desired.
