Instructions

  1. Place a pizza stone into an oven and preheat the oven to 500.
  2. Roll prepared pizza dough into an 14″ round. Place on a piece of parchment paper that has been sprinkled with cornmeal. Set aside.
  3. Melt the garlic butter and lightly sauté the seafood until heated through.
  4. Brush the pizza dough with the olive oil from the pan and scatter the seafood on top.
  5. Sprinkle the tarragon over the seafood and top with the parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Use a pizza peal to transfer the pizza to the pizza stone, bake for 12 minutes.
  7. Top with pea shoots if desired.
