Rock Crab Baked Brie

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized wheel of brie, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup garlic butter
  • 8 ounces of crab meat
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place half of the garlic butter into an ovenproof dish that is only slightly larger than the brie, add the brie and the remaining garlic butter.
  3. Arrange the crab meat on the top and around the brie, and add the lime juice.
  4. Top with the parmesan cheese and green onions, season with salt and pepper, place on a baking tray. Place into the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with baguette or crackers of choice.
