Ingredients

  • 1 dozen large oysters
  • 1 sleeve Premium Plus crackers
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  • Shuck the oysters and set aside.
  • Place the crackers in a Ziploc bag and use a rolling pin to crush them into fine crumbs. Transfer to a plate and mix with salt and pepper.
  • Roll each oyster in the cracker crumbs, ensuring they are fully coated.
  • Melt butter in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Fry the oysters for about 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  • Serve immediately as is, or with tartar sauce on the side. Enjoy!
