Ingredients
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 1/4 lbs lean ground beef
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 cup tamari or soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- 6 green onions chopped
- 4 cups brown ice, cooked
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet. Add the ground beef and scramble fry until browned.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant. Stir in the tamari, brown sugar and chili flakes, cook until the sauce has been cooked into the beef, stir in 1/2 of the green onions.
- Serve the beef over the rice and top with the remaining green onions and sesame seeds.
