Crab Stuffed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 X 6 ounce salmon fillets
  • 4 ounces crab meat
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp Kilted Chef’s Daily Catch Seafood Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup chopped Green Onions
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400.
  2. Cut a pocket into the side of the salmon fillets. set aside.
  3.  Combine the remaining ingredients, except the olive oil, divide mixture in half and place in the cavity of the salmon fillets.
  4. Drizzle the fillets with the olive oil.
  5. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
