- 2 X 6 ounce salmon fillets
- 4 ounces crab meat
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan
- 1 tsp Kilted Chef’s Daily Catch Seafood Seasoning
- 1/4 cup chopped Green Onions
- Zest of 1 lime
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400.
- Cut a pocket into the side of the salmon fillets. set aside.
- Combine the remaining ingredients, except the olive oil, divide mixture in half and place in the cavity of the salmon fillets.
- Drizzle the fillets with the olive oil.
- Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
