Cilantro Lime Dipping Sauce

This is such a versatile sauce, it pairs well with our fabulous homemade Fish Fingers but works just as well with fish and chips instead of traditional tartar sauce, as a dip for bacon wrapped scallops, on top of crab cakes or on fish tacos. If cilantro isn’t your thing try substituting fresh dill. It’s also quite tasty on a baked potatoes. If you make it and find another great pairing be sure to let us know!
