Description
- 2 salmon fillets
- 8 oz scallops, bits removed
- 1 tsp Hot Under The Kilt Acadian Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Blender Hollandaise sauce
Ingredients
- Preheat the oven to 350
- Make a deep slit in the side of the fillet.
- Combine the scallops. H.U.T.K, bread crumbs, green onions and parmesan cheese, mix well.
- Divide the scallop mixture between the two fillets.
- Place on a parchment lined baking sheet, baste with the melted butter, bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with Hollandaise sauce.
