Triple Fruit Crisp

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8 cups fruit of choice, we used 2 cups each of blueberries, blackberries and raspberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom

Topping

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup brown sugar

 

 

 

 


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine the fruit, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and cardamom and gently mix to combine, turn out into a 10 inch cast iron skillet or a 9X13 baking dish.
  3. Combine all of the topping ingredients and use your hands to mix, sprinkle over top of the fruit filling.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until top is golden and filling is bubbly.

Notes

This recipe can easily be cut in half for a smaller crisp.
