- 2 Tony’s Meats Smoked Chops
- Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Pineapple cut into 1/4 inch squares
- 1/4 cup wild blueberries
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 jalapeno, deseeded, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 tbso olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- juice of 1/2 lime
Instructions
- Preheat grill to 350
- Rub the chops with the olive oil and grill until an internal temperature of 165 is reached.
- Combine the remining ingredients into a bowl and mix well, refrigerate until needed.
- Once the chops have cooked serve with a generous portion of the pineapple salsa.
