4 brioche buns, or buns of choice
4 tbsp garlic butter
1 lb ground turkey
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
12 tsp Bad Ass Burger Booster, or burger seasoning of choice
4 Swiss Cheese slices
1/4 cup flour
olive oil
2/3 cup Mayonnaise
3 tbsp Cranberry chutney
2 leaves Bib or Romain lettuce
1 avocado, sliced
1 apple sliced in rounds
Instructions
- Split the buns and spread with the garlic butter, grill until toasty. Set aside.
- Season the turkey with the salt, pepper and the burger booster, form into four patties.
- Fold each swiss cheese slice into 4 place 1 in the center of each patty, form the burger around the cheese and flatten into an evenly shaped round.
- Dredge the burgers in flour and shake off the access.
- Lightly drizzle the burger patties with olive oil and grill until no longer pink.
- While the burgers are cooking combine the cranberry chutney and the mayonnaise, mix well.
- Spread the cranberry mayo on the bottom half of each bun, add a lettuce leaf, avocado slices and top with the burger patty. Finish with a slice of apple and top with the remaining buns.
