Swiss Stuffed Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

4 brioche buns, or buns of choice

4 tbsp garlic butter

1 lb ground turkey

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

12 tsp Bad Ass Burger Booster, or burger seasoning of choice

4 Swiss Cheese slices

1/4 cup flour

olive oil

2/3 cup Mayonnaise

3 tbsp Cranberry chutney

2 leaves Bib or Romain lettuce

1 avocado, sliced

1 apple sliced in rounds


Instructions

  1. Split the buns and spread with the garlic butter, grill until toasty. Set aside.
  2. Season the turkey with the salt, pepper and the burger booster, form into four patties.
  3. Fold each swiss cheese slice into 4 place 1 in the center of each patty, form the burger around the cheese and flatten into an evenly shaped round.
  4. Dredge the burgers in flour and shake off the access.
  5. Lightly drizzle the burger patties with olive oil and grill until no longer pink.
  6. While the burgers are cooking combine the cranberry chutney and the mayonnaise, mix well.
  7. Spread the cranberry mayo on the bottom half of each bun, add a lettuce leaf, avocado slices and top with the burger patty. Finish with a slice of apple and top with the remaining buns.
