- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 6 slices of double smoked bacon, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for cooking
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the same skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until they start to turn golden brown.
- Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy
- Deglaze the pan with the white wine, cook until the liquid has dissipated.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
