Smoky and Savory: Sautéed Brussel Sprouts with Double Smoked Bacon Recipe”

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 6 slices of double smoked bacon, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for cooking

Instructions

 

  1. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the same skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until they start to turn golden brown.
  2. Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy
  3. Deglaze the pan with the white wine, cook until the liquid has dissipated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
