- 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper deseeded and diced
- 1/4 cup of fresh diced cilantro
- Juice of 6 limes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of coarse sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of freshly grated pepper
- 1 lb lobster meat
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and gently toss together.
- Refrigerate for 1/2 hour before serving.
- Perfectly paired with a chilled glass of Noaska Caprice.
