Ingredients

- olive oil
- 2 halibut fillets
- 1/2 tsp Hot Under The Kilt Acadian Cajun seasoning ( substitute Old Bay)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Squeeze of fresh lime juice
- strawberry salsa (click link for recipe)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet
- Season the fillets with the Hot Under The Kilt, salt and pepper
- Add the fish to the hot oil and sear on each side for 3-4 minutes.
- Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
- Serve topped with the strawberry salsa.
