Pan Seared Halibut with Strawberry Salsa

Ingredients

Scale
  • olive oil
  • 2 halibut fillets
  • 1/2 tsp Hot Under The Kilt Acadian Cajun seasoning ( substitute Old Bay)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Squeeze of fresh lime juice
  • strawberry salsa (click link for recipe)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet
  2. Season the fillets with the Hot Under The Kilt, salt and pepper
  3. Add the fish to the hot oil and sear on each side for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
  5. Serve topped with the strawberry salsa.
