Mediterranean Chicken Souvlaki

Ingredients

  • 2 lg. chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1/2 cup zesty lemon chicken marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 Naan
  • 1 cup Baba Ghanoush or Hummus
  • 1/3 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1/2 diced cucumber
  • 1/2 diced tomato

 


Instructions

  1. Place the cubed chicken into the marinade, refrigerate for 1 hour, turning the chicken half way through.
  2. Skewer the chicken and grill until no longer pink or until an internal temp of 165 is reached.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil onto one side of the Naan and grill until warmed through.
  4. Spread the naan with the baba ghanoush or hummus.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skewers and place on the Naan, top with the tomatoes, cucumbers, and the tzatziki sauce.
