- 2 tbsp instant coffee granules
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup boiling water
- Ice
- Coffee Cream
Instructions
- Place the instant coffee, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla into a heat proof container, add the boiling water and whip until the mixture is well incorporated.
- Place ice into a tall glasses, add the coffee mixture, add more ice and top with as much coffee cream as desired.
