Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled (for rubbing on the crostini)
  • 1/4 cup crème fraîche
  • Additional chopped chives or parsley for garnish (optional)

 


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crostini:
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  4. Toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and rub each slice with the cut garlic clove while still warm.
  6. Prepare the Lobster Mixture:
  7. In a bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat with fresh lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, chives, and parsley.
