Ingredients

  • Crusty artisanal bread
  • Homemade guacamole
  • Tomato slices
  • Boston Bib lettuce
  • Crispy, cooked bacon
  • Lobster meat
  • Hot Under the Kilt Acadian Cajun seasoning
  • Fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Toast 2 slices of bread and spread with a generous portion of real mayonnaise.
  2. Add a layer of homemade guacamole.
  3. Place a few leaves of Boston Bib on top of the guac.
  4. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper and place on top of the lettuce.
  5. Add the tomatoes, slices of crisp bacon and a sprinkle of Acadian Cajun seasoning.
  6. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
