Ingredients
- Crusty artisanal bread
- Homemade guacamole
- Tomato slices
- Boston Bib lettuce
- Crispy, cooked bacon
- Lobster meat
- Hot Under the Kilt Acadian Cajun seasoning
- Fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Toast 2 slices of bread and spread with a generous portion of real mayonnaise.
- Add a layer of homemade guacamole.
- Place a few leaves of Boston Bib on top of the guac.
- Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper and place on top of the lettuce.
- Add the tomatoes, slices of crisp bacon and a sprinkle of Acadian Cajun seasoning.
- Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
