- 6 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp celery seed
- Slt and pepper
Instructions
- Add the cabbage and carrots to a large bowl and set aside.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a smaller bowl and mix well.
- Add the dressing to the vegetables and lightly toss together.
- Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
