- 1lbs cold water shrimp
- 3 avocados
- 12 cherry tomato diced
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 green onions sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- Juice of one and a half limes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl incorporate diced tomato, red onion, green onion, cilantro and the meat of the three avocados.
- Mash the mixture then incorporate the shrimps, finish with lime juice, sour cream, salt, pepper and cilantro.
- Mix well place in a bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes to 30 minutes.
- Serve with nacho chips.
