- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1–2 tbsp hot sauce
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 2 cups cooked rice of choice, whole grain, basmati, or sticky rice
- 1 cup cucumber cut into matchsticks
- 1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado cubed
- 1/2 cup chopped mango
- 12 ounces of chopped lobster meat
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Instructions
- Combine the mayonnaise and hot sauce ( adjust according to how spicy you like it) and the lime juice, mix well and set aside.
- divide the rice between 2 bowls.
- Add the cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, and mango, keeping the ingredients separate and arranging them around the edge of the bowl.
- Place 1/2 of the lobster meat in the center of each bowl.
- Drizzle with the desired amount of mayonnaise.
- Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
