- 4 large Russet potatoes
- 2 tsp Badass Burger Booster
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes and cut into beefeater size wedges.
- Place the potatoe wedges in a bowl and cover with cold water, let sit for 1 hour.
- Drain the potatoes and dry them very well.
- Preheat the airfryer to 400 degrees.
- Place in a clean bowl and toss with Baddass Burger Booster and the olive oil.
- Place in the airfryer and cook for 6 minutes then shake and cook for and additional 5 or 6 minutes.
