Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large Russet potatoes
  • 2 tsp Badass Burger Booster
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cut into beefeater size wedges.
  2. Place the potatoe wedges in a bowl and cover with cold water, let sit for 1 hour.
  3. Drain the potatoes and dry them very well.
  4. Preheat the airfryer to 400 degrees.
  5. Place in a clean bowl and toss with Baddass Burger Booster and the olive oil.
  6. Place in the airfryer and cook for 6 minutes then shake and cook for and additional 5 or 6 minutes.
