White Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can white kidney beans, undrained
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp aleppo pepper ( sub red pepper flakes)
  • Pomegranate seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients except the pomegranate seeds in the bowl of a food processor, process until creamy.
  2. Place in a bowl and top with a drizzle of olive oil and the pomegranate seeds if desired.
  3. Store covered in the refrigerator.
