Tzatziki Style Sauce
- 1/2 cup grated cucumber
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well, refrigerate for 1 hour before serving
