Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tsps. Aleppo pepper, substitute chili flakes
  • 2 soft poached eggs

Instructions

  1. Place the cottage cheese, feta and garlic into the bowl of a food processor, process until silky and smooth. Set aside.
  2. Place the olive oil, butter and Aleppo pepper into a small saucepan and heat until the butter has melted.
  3. Divide the whipped mixture between two plates, top with the poached and and drizzle each with 1/2 of the olive oil mixture.
