- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tsps. Aleppo pepper, substitute chili flakes
- 2 soft poached eggs
Instructions
- Place the cottage cheese, feta and garlic into the bowl of a food processor, process until silky and smooth. Set aside.
- Place the olive oil, butter and Aleppo pepper into a small saucepan and heat until the butter has melted.
- Divide the whipped mixture between two plates, top with the poached and and drizzle each with 1/2 of the olive oil mixture.
