Sweet and Sour Sauce

  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar


  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a medium saucepan and place over high heat.
  2. Stir the sauce until it begins to thicken, if it gets too thick you can thin it out with a bit of water.
