Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup Red Pepper, finely diced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients, mix well, refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Use as a dipping sauce or as a sandwich spread.
