Ingredients

Dressing:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 10 oz. can tomato soup
  • 2 garlic cloves cut in large pieces
  • 3 tsp HP sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dry mustard

 

Slaw:

 

  • 1 head of white cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 head of red cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, peeled, grated

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the dressing ingredients together in a large Mason jar and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. In a large bowl, combine white and red cabbage and toss together with shredded carrots.
  3. Mix the slaw with the dressing as needed or serve the dressing on the side.
