- 1 2 lb turkey breast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Sprinkle Hot Under The Kilt Acadian Cajun Seasoning
- 6 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 1/2 cup mozarella cheese
- Additional bacon and green onions for garnish.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, bacon, green onion and half of the cheese together.
- Cut the turkey breast into strips, place into an 8 X 8 casserole dish, season with salt, pepper and HUTK.
- Top with the cheese mixture and then sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until an internal temp of 165F is reached.
- Garnish with more crumbled bacon and green onions.
