Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 2 lb turkey breast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Sprinkle Hot Under The Kilt Acadian Cajun Seasoning
  • 6 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 1/2 cup mozarella cheese
  • Additional bacon and green onions for garnish.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, bacon, green onion and half of the cheese together.
  3. Cut the turkey breast into strips, place into an 8 X 8 casserole dish, season with salt, pepper and HUTK.
  4. Top with the cheese mixture and then sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until an internal temp of 165F is reached.
  6. Garnish with more crumbled bacon and green onions.
