- 1 28 oz can of fire-roasted tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2–1 tsp fennel
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and process until combined but still a bit chunky.
- Refrigerate for 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
