Homemade Pizza Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 28 oz can of fire-roasted tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/21  tsp fennel
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and process until combined but still a bit chunky.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
