Hearty and flavorful pork chilli will be your new favorite winter comfort food!

2 lb ground pork
3 Bell peppers, diced
1 large onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 container white mushrooms, sliced
2 28 oz cans diced tomatoes
1 can of tomato sauce
1 cup of beef broth
1 tsp of turmeric
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 envelope Clubhouse chilli seasoning
4 small cans chilli Style kidney beans
Instructions
- Add the ground pork to a large pot with enough oil as needed. Scramble fry until no longer pink.
- Stir in onions, garlic, peppers, and mushrooms, stir until soft.
- Add can tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, spices, and kidney beans. Stir to combine and bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and allowed to cook for one and a half to two hours
Serve with a dollop of sour cream
