Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 Romain hearts, finely chopped
  • 2/3 cup chives, finely diced
  • 1/3 cup tahini paste
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the Romain hearts and the chives into a bowl and set aside.
  2. Combine the remining ingredients into a bowl and whisk well.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well to combine.
  4. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour before serving.
